The safety of our members and the public is our number one priority.

No. However, to do our part to support a healthy community during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided that we will be limiting branch service to drive-thru only beginning Thursday, March 19. Members will have access to the Credit Union’s drive-thru lanes during normal business hours, with certain branches featuring expanded hours.

The following locations will provide expanded hours with their drive-thrus open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am – 1 pm.

  • Corinth
  • Hudson Falls
  • Glens Falls

The Troy and Cohoes branches will maintain their current drive-thru hours. Please visit our Branch Locations page for a breakdown of regular drive-thru hours at these locations.

Members may sign loan documents via DocuSign or in branch by appointment only. Members with disabilities and need assistance can also call the branch to make an appointment. This is for the protection of our members and staff.

We also ask that you open any new accounts or apply for loans through our convenient online application centerIf you do not have access to a computer, you can call us at 518-654-9028 to apply over the phone.

ATMs are available 24 hours and are being disinfected hourly during business hours.
