There are a few ways to verify whether or not your check has cleared.

To verify if your check has cleared you may:

  • Log in to your mobile app and review your recent deposits or search by the dollar amount, check number or by deposit.

  • Visit any branch near you.

  • Call the Member Experience Center at 518.654.9028.
