What is Manage Linked Accounts? How do I set it up?

You now have the ability to grant and revoke access to your Account eStatements from within the eStatement platform.

You can manage your linked accounts two ways: through the HRCCU online banking platform or through eStatements. You must state the exact account number.

For online banking, click on the Managed Linked Accounts menu option (location may vary depending on the main menu bar setup). Then, three sections will appear in the Manage Linked Accounts screen:

Section #1 - Can View My Account

This section summarizes all accounts that are able to view your account:

  • You can Allow or Reject new requests to share or not share access to your account.

  • You can also Revoke Access to your account at anytime.

Section #2 - Accounts I Can View

This section summarizes the accounts that can be viewed by your account:

  • You can Delete the link to other accounts if you no longer wish to view the other accounts

  • Accounts listed as Pending still require approval by the account owner

Section #3 - Send Request to View Account

This section allows you to request access to another account:

  • The exact Account Number and Email Address on file are required to submit a request

  • Once the request has been submitted, the account owner will receive an email notification of the request. The account owner will then need to log in to the eStatement platform to approve the request (Section #1: Can View My Account of the Manage Linked Accounts menu).
