How do I transfer funds between my internal accounts in Online Banking?

Through online banking, you may transfer funds internally. You can also do this by calling our Member Experience Center at 518.654.9028.

To transfer funds internally between your accounts, you must first log in to your online banking. You will see a menu at the top of the page, please select Transfers.

From there, you will see the following on your screen:

Here you can select From: and choose an account you would like to transfer funds from. Then select To: to choose the desired account to transfer the funds into. 

You may then enter the amount of funds to transfer and a date or you can choose to schedule the transfer. You may also select Make Recurring to enable this transfer to happen automatically and then specify when you desire this to take place.

Next, select Review. If all the information looks correct, you may press Confirm to complete the transfer.
