What is Mobile Deposit?

Here is what you need to know and have in order to be eligible for Mobile Deposit.

  • You must have a checking account in good standing with HRCCU 

  • At least 15 years of age

  • Must be registered for online banking and have the HRCCU mobile app downloaded

  • Signature, Date, Member Number and E-deposit are required in all Remote Deposit Capture deposits

  • Processing occurs Monday - Friday throughout the day until 5 pm

  • Deposits post to member accounts within 2-3 hours

  • The first $200.00 is available within 2-3 hours of processing time (the rest is on a 2 business day hold)

  • Maximum deposit amount is $2,5000 per day

  • There is no limit on the number of daily deposits, as long as it does not exceed $2,500.00

  • Check should be kept for 60 days

Members are encouraged to save their physical checks, endorsed in a safe place for no less than 60 days after transmission to HRCCU. After 60 days, we recommend that you destroy the original check. 

    **The process now occurs Monday through Friday until 7pm.
