You may request help regarding your accounts within our online banking platform by sending a secure message directly to our Member Experience Center.
To compose a message to our Member Experience Center, you must log onto your online banking. From there, you will see a menu at the top of the page with a mail icon. Select this icon.
Next, you should see a screen that looks like the one below.
Click "Compose Message". Here you will be able to select which account you would like to inquire about (this is optional).
You will then be asked to select a subject:
Please provide us with specific details of the issue in the message section.
You will receive a response in this platform much like a "chat" unless otherwise specified (i.e. "Please call my phone number on file instead").
