How can I transfer money to another bank/credit union?

For existing members prior to July 2022 you can use external transfers to transfer funds between your accounts held at HRCCU and your accounts held at another bank. Here are some guidelines for making external transfers:

There are two ways to set up external transfers:

1. Set up a scheduled transfer (i.e. weekly or monthly) with a set amount of money by visiting an HRCCU branch or contacting the Member Experience Center at 518-886-3400.
2. Initiate the external transfer through your other financial institution
