Why did my Mobile Deposit get rejected?

All deposits must have the following to be accepted:

  • Signature
  • Date of Deposit

  • Member Number

  • e-deposit written on the back of the check above the sign here line.

**Processing occurs Monday through Friday until 7 pm.

We will not accept: Third Party Checks, non-US checks, altered checks, post dated checks, money orders, traveler's checks, income tax refund and stale dated checks.
