Why do we charge fees for certain actions and not others?
Our fees are standard for all members of HRCCU.
There may be an scenario where no fee will be charged.
For example, if true fraud has taken place on a member's debit card, we will not charge for the issue of a new card.
Here is a description of just some of the instances where it is not considered to be fraudulent activity.
